Injustice 3/DC fighter newcomer wishlist

With rumours of a NetherRealm DC fighting game getting playtests and such this past year, I figured I would put in my ideas for it, whether it's Injustice 3 or something else. For the sake of this, I will treat it like it's Injustice 3 and focus on characters that haven't been playable in either of the two games (not including mobile versions). Also slipped in some guest characters, because it is inevitable. This is just who I'd want to see, regardless of who's dead and who's not.
